Charles L. Tefertiller received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1973. He then began his public accounting career with the firm of Stanfield & O'Dell in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was certified in Oklahoma in 1976.

Mr. Tefertiller held the position of controller for Southwest Packaging, Inc. from 1977 to 1979. He then returned to public accounting. He practiced in the Oklahoma City partnership of Henderson & Tefertiller until 1986 when he returned to Tulsa and was made a partner in the firm of Cross and Robinson. Cross and Robinson is currently a firm with eight professional staff members.

The majority of Mr. Tefertiller's experience and expertise has been in the areas of banking and financial institutions, the manufacturing industry and community service organizations. He also has extensive background in estate and fiduciary taxation.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Tulsa Chapter of Certified Public Accountants, the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum and the Tulsa Tax Forum. He received a certificate of Educational Achievement from the AICPA in Personal Financial Planning as well as a certificate in Government Accounting and Auditing. He serves as Presenter for the Oklahoma Society of CPA's and St. John's Estate Planning Seminars.
